Editorial Policy
How Nuvarellia researches, writes, reviews, updates and monetizes health and wellness content.
Purpose
Our goal is to help readers make better-informed consumer decisions. Content should be useful before persuasive and should explain uncertainty rather than hide it.
Evidence hierarchy
We generally give the greatest weight to government and public-health guidance, high-quality systematic reviews and meta-analyses, clinical guidelines and well-designed controlled trials. Individual studies can be informative but should not automatically be presented as scientific consensus.
Health claims
We separate seller claims, ingredient-level evidence, finished-product evidence and Nuvarellia's editorial interpretation. We do not knowingly publish claims that a dietary supplement diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease merely because a seller makes such a claim.
Reviews and affiliate relationships
Affiliate compensation does not determine our conclusion. Commercial links are disclosed and marked as sponsored where appropriate.
AI-assisted work
AI tools may assist with research organization, drafting, coding, image ideation and production. Automated drafts are not treated as medically reviewed. Sources and claims should be checked before publication.
Corrections and updates
Material factual errors should be corrected promptly. Articles should be updated when important guidance, evidence, safety information or product terms materially change.
